How credits are earned

• Monthly accrual — Students on any Special subscription plan automatically accumulate 150 Solyndras each month — nothing to claim.
• Federal holiday bonus — On every federal holiday, all active Special Plan subscriber accounts across all Academy Apps are credited 500 Solyndra Ecosystem Credits.
• Referrals — Refer people to the academy and earn Solyndra Ecosystem Credits to put toward feature unlocks and class discounts.

What credits redeem

• 25,000 Solyndras: 20% off any class tier. Applied to one enrollment in any tier of the academy's in-person classes.
• 12,500 Solyndras: 7 days of a higher plan or another Academy App. Unlocks features in any of the other Academy Apps, or a higher plan in your own, for a seven-day period.
• 12,500 Solyndras: One month's issue of a newsletter of your choosing. Pick any title from the academy's newsletter library for that month.

How a redemption works

• Subscribe to any Special plan in an Academy App (see the Academy Apps); credits accrue automatically.
• Request the redemption from inside your Academy App.
• The academy's admin team unlocks the higher plan, other app, class discount or newsletter issue for the 7-day period.
• Your credit balance reduces by the amount used.

Program rules

• Solyndra Ecosystem Credits are rewards and utility credits, not investments.
• They have no cash-redemption value.
• They cannot be withdrawn as dollars or any other currency.
• They cannot be transferred between accounts.
• They cannot be sold or traded, and there is no secondary marketplace.
• They cannot be exchanged for Bitcoin, Ether, stablecoins or any other digital asset.
• Solyndra Wealth Academy does not promise appreciation, profit, yield, interest or investment returns from holding them.

Solyndra Ecosystem Credits (Solyndras) are closed-loop rewards credits used inside the Solyndra Ecosystem — the Academy Apps — to redeem or unlock features for a limited time. They are earned automatically by Special Plan subscribers (150 per month, plus 500 on every federal holiday) and redeemed on request from inside an Academy App; the balance reduces by the amount used. No cash value, non-transferable, may not be sold or exchanged, subject to program terms.

How do I earn Solyndra Ecosystem Credits?
